Join NCSWA members Thursday, August 21 at 6 pm to see the Exploratorium’s new exhibit, “Adventures in AI.” The exhibit investigates what AI means for society, how it works, and how it applies to art, ethics and real-life scenarios through the Exploratorium’s signature interactive style.
Wander through the exhibit from 6 pm to 7:30 during the Exploratorium’s regular Thursday evening “After Dark” hours. Then, NCSWA members will be treated to a behind-the-scenes talk on how the exhibit was researched and brought to life with science writer Eileen Campbell and exhibit designer Jord Lui. After that, we are free to tour the exhibit and the rest of the Exploratorium until 10 pm.
Food will be available at the Exploratorium’s Seaglass restaurant during the event.
