Join NCSWA and the Association of Health Care Journalists at Drake's Dealership in Oakland for an Oktoberfest happy hour! Drop by anytime between 5 and 7 pm and stay for as long as you like. Meet fellow science writers, have a beer, get some wood-fired pizza, and hang out with us. We’ll be gathered on the outdoor patio, weather permitting (look for the "NCSWA" sign). The restaurant and beer garden is a 10-minute walk from the 19th St. Oakland BART (map).
Please RSVP so we can save you a seat!
